Our candidate evaluation process quickly identifies individuals ready to interview. Our technical training and years of industry experience enable us to quickly understand specific job requirements, saving precious hours of review and analysis. We are adept at identifying the characteristics desired for the successful candidate and we recognize needs evolve and are prepared to iterate requirements appropriately.
In 2001, we founded Skyline Recruiting Corporation to serve the technical hiring needs of Silicon Valley. Over time, our clients have expanded operations globally, so we expanded our search practice to support their requirements overseas when needed. We search the globe to create success. We strive to make a difference for the companies we help, the products whose development we contribute to, and the families of the candidates we place. We are committed to creating success for our clients and our candidates. We do most of our work by referral – with both candidates and clients.
