Our client is the foremost supplier of cutting edge technology geared to Drowning Prevention Systems that are used by municipal aquatic centers/pools, schools, public access lakes, and private homes across America. Their systems are affordable, easy to install, and reliable. They are revolutionizing the job of lifeguards & pool operators by giving them new tools to save lives.

As a Regional Sales Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in the expansion of the Company by bringing these groundbreaking drowning detection systems to more and expanding markets. You will connect with prospects in person and by phone to educate, inspire, and close deals—helping save lives with every installation.

Specific Duties Include

  • Prospect, engage, and develop new business opportunities via both field outreach and telephone sales.
  • Present and demonstrate drowning prevention solutions to decision-makers at pools, aquatic centers, schools, and other organizations.
  • Execute the full sales process: lead generation, qualification, presentations, proposals, and closing.
  • Deliver product education and articulate the life-saving impact of our solutions in a compelling, mission-driven manner.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and serve as an advocate for their safety needs.
  • Meet or exceed ambitious sales targets and growth objectives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success, feedback collection, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills
