Our client is a market leader and innovator in energy efficient power conversion with its highly integrated controller ICs and proprietary high voltage Gallium Nitride (GaN) transistor technology.  They are seeking to add a few Senior Test Engineers (and one Staff Test Engineer) to their team in San Jose, CA.

Compensation range = $109K-$163K base/DOE plus RSU’s. Up to $190K for Staff Engineer.

• Design, develop, and implement cost-effective methods of testing and troubleshooting analog and mixed-signal power management semiconductor products.
• Develop test solutions for wafer sort and final test.
• Prepare test and diagnostic programs, design test fixtures and equipment.
• Complete the required specifications and procedures for new product development.
• Work with design/DFT/product engineering teams to define ATE test strategy and specifications.
• Work with manufacturing sites to ensure a smooth production ramp, sustaining and continuous improvement of production test.

• BSEE or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of semiconductor Test Engineering experience. 10-12 years for Staff Engineer.
• Experience with analog-mixed signal products, DFT and test plan responsibility.
• Experience with production support and new product introduction.
• Must have Knowledge of C/C++.
• Must have Teradyne Eagle ETS-88 or ETS-364 experience.
• Must have the ability to work within a cross functional development team.
• Must have Strong test development and debug skills on ETS-88 or ETS-364 ATE platform.
• Must be Proficient with schematic and hardware design.
