The Quality Systems Engineer (QSE) is responsible for the maintenance, monitoring and continuous improvement of the quality management system.

• Maintain the quality management system for compliance to ISO9001.
• Implement improvements to the quality management system to support meet automotive industry requirements.
• Support customer audits and integrate customer quality requirements into the quality management system.
• Maintain the document control system.
• Support and administrate change control system (internal, customer, supplier change notifications).
• Maintain and execute the internal audit plan/schedule, serve as the lead internal auditor.
• Provide training on the quality management system.
• Support KPI tracking and reporting, create quality presentations.
• Support quality management system review.
• Drive quality management system continuous improvement.

• 5+ years of experience in the semiconductor or electronics industry Quality Engineering.
• BS in Electrical, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering.
• Experience in performing quality management system audits.
• Knowledge of and experience with ISO9001 certification.
• Knowledge of and experience with IATF1694 and VDA requirements a plus.
• Analysis skills as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fact-based, decision-making skills with focus on root cause analysis, corrective action and preventive action.
• Computer (IT) skills (i.e. MSOffice)
