• Support sales, engineering and operations to ensure the quality and reliability of products to customer satisfaction
• Collection, review, agreement and implementation of customer quality requirements.
• Customer audits of company QMS processes.
• Creation of production part approval packages (PPAP) and approval by the customer.
• Corrective/preventive actions (8D) for customer complaints and returns.
• Customer environmental regulatory reporting (CMRT, REACH, RoHS, IMDS).
• Provide quality engineering support in new product development activities.
• Support customer operations to monitor and improve customer satisfaction.

• BS in Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry or automotive electronics industry in Quality Engineering.
• Ability to work well in cross functional teams in a fast-paced collaborative team environment.
• Strong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good customer and vendor management skills.
• Fact-based, decision making skills with focus on root cause analysis and attention to details.
• Ability to work independently and multi-task.
