Sometimes managers hire us on a project basis. They tell us what services they need in the recruiting process, and we provided them for an hourly fee. Here's an overview of a few of the services we can provide.
We contact, recruit, and interview individuals on your behalf. The candidates can be people you have identified by name but do not have the time or resources to screen and perform first level interviews and candidacy validation. They can be people we identify and do a quick preview with you before contacting them. Or, they can be people we identify, contact, recruit and pre-qualify on your behalf.
Since 2001, Silicon Valley high tech companies have engaged Skyline Recruiting for our search and staffing services. In that time, we have streamlined steps in our recruiting process:
- Identification of candidate characteristics. We meet with you to develop a thorough understanding of the critical skills needed. Often, we work with the hiring manager to help write the spec/job description.
- We identify a strategy for your specific search.
- We contact relevant individuals form our database and research. We focus on recruiting potential candidates for your position and screening them. Qualified candidates undergo a written and phone interview to further qualify them and assess interpersonal skills. This ensures they are "interview ready."
- We provide resumes and evaluations of qualified candidates as we have screened them.
- We provide routine progress reports.
- We can provide additional services including background and reference checking, scheduling interviews and offer negotiations.
