What we do. Headquartered in Silicon Valley, we focus on meeting our clients’ diverse executive and urgent project staffing requirements. We augment executives’ valuable time by listening to needs and introducing appropriate candidates for review. Our candidate evaluation process quickly identifies individuals ready to interview. Our technical training and years of industry experience enable us to quickly understand specific job requirements, saving precious hours of review and analysis. We are adept at identifying the characteristics desired for the successful candidate and we recognize needs evolve and are prepared to iterate requirements appropriately.

Executive Search. Over the years, our practice has evolved to include strategic executive hiring requirements. We are delighted to have earned the trust of our clients to perform this important role. We do most of our work by referral – with both candidates and clients.

Project Teams. We are also able to jump start a project in response to a new client sign up or an urgent opportunity. We’ve helped clients get a team together in short order – typically, a contractor team – to execute and move on or, in many cases, become employees.

Silicon Valley Focus. We founded Skyline Recruiting Corporation to serve Silicon Valley. Because of our successes, we know we've made a difference. Since the mid 1990's, we have placed nearly 600 professionals with Silicon Valley companies -- locally or in their remote facilities.
