Compensation range is 90-130K, DOE, salary + bonus. Also, Fully paid Medical and 5% 401K contribution

• Work with customers to define/ refine tooling and fixtures.
• Conduct tooling reviews with customer, which includes explaining detailed tooling structure, processing specifications, and part structural concerns.
• Create/ review 3D databases and drawings using CAD software (CREO, Pro/E, or UG/NX).
• Drive internal cross-functional team to develop solutions to meet customer requirement within a time frame.
• Conduct meetings and international conference calls with both US customers and manufacturing teams in China.
• This role will require some PM (program management) work and close communication with factory PM and R&D team.
• 10-20% travel to China for tooling, manufacturing, or engineering builds.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 + years in Mechanical design and product development tools/processes.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of GD&T and Six Sigma process control desired.
• Experience with CREO, Pro/E, or UG/NX.      
• Experience working with internal and external partners to achieve goals on tight timelines.
• Effective problem-solving skills.
• Experience with designing plastic modules for high-volume products, including complex small parts that require tight tolerances.
• Transducer or speaker design experience is a plus.
